When can I get Solu?
Solu hasn’t been released yet. It’s coming to the Mac App Store, and you can leave your email to hear when it’s ready.
Does Solu get in the way of my work?
Clicks pass straight through the overlay, so you can keep working. You choose its position, size and transparency.
Does it make any sound?
Sound is optional. Unlimited includes white noise, breathing guides and many more sounds.
Can I use it without an account?
Yes, you can use Solu without creating an account. Purchases and restores go through Apple.
How do Unlimited Sessions work?
You get three Unlimited Sessions on this Mac, each opening a 12-hour window that keeps running while Solu is closed. You can start and stop breathing as often as you like within that window, and choose when to use the next one. Nothing is charged automatically.
What about privacy?
Breathing runs on your Mac, and you can turn usage counts off in Settings. Feedback includes your message and basic app and device details, with an optional reply email except for team enquiries; Unlimited Sessions check the time online. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Which Macs can run Solu?
Solu runs on macOS 14 Sonoma and later. It supports light and dark appearance, multiple displays and the system’s Reduce Motion preference.
